Having cut our teeth as agency producers, we use our own experiences to create a blueprint for the type of production company we wished we had when we were agency-side.

While working for agencies, we became wary of production companies that threw lavish parties, produced branded podcasts and supported countless top-heavy, big-salaried execs — all amid shrinking budgets.
